We finely made the switch to RAW milk. I had been meaning to do it for a while but kept putting it off for some reason. It is not for the faint of pocket book but “we” (Kevin’s sorta going along with it) feel it is worth the sacrifice.
If you have not done any research on the benefits of RAW I highly recommend it. I have spent the last few months reading articles and books about the wonders of clean RAW milk. Clean being the opporative word. And after finding a local dairy that sells cow shares (for that is they only way other than owning your own cow to get RAW milk in Colorado) and taking a little tour of the dairy and sampling their white gold, we took the plunge.
